Our experienced project management team is fully equipped to successfully deliver all types and phases of projects. We have extensive experience in the UK North Sea, covering CAPEX, OPEX and ABEX projects. Our personnel bring a wealth of knowledge gained from working with a diverse range of operators and contractors.

Our diverse project portfolio enables us to support a wide range of projects, including those involving multiple third-party stakeholders such as operators and tier 1, 2, and 3 contractors. Our team has the capability to manage entire projects or specific project segments on your behalf.

Expertise

Prism Energy project support consultants have extensive experience in the following fields:

Shutdown/TAR

We help operators improve delivery of their shutdowns by helping them focus on the key activities and risks. We use years of shutdown activity delivery and risk management experience to provide assistance in completing shutdowns within planned timescales.

Pipeline isolation

Pipeline Isolations using specialist tools is a high risk activity with huge consequences if not completed successfully. Prism Energy specialise in these projects and we have successfully delivered multiple isolation tool projects using our internally developed project process.

Offshore Installation

Prism Energy supports the installation of offshore assets, including both topside assets, and subsea infrastructure assets.

Decommissioning

As more North Sea platforms transition to the de-commissioning phase, Prism Energy can help with all aspects of planning and scope management. Our team has worked on and supported some of the biggest de-commissioning scopes undertaken to date.

Pipeline inspection

With decades of experience operating on pipeline projects across the North Sea and beyond, our project managers are actively involved in various pipeline projects, including pre-commissioning, pigging, inline inspection (ILI), and decommissioning.

Offshore Wind

As the offshore wind industry continues to grow at record levels, Prism Energy has the capability to lead projects in this area. We're already supporting major wind developments in Europe and the USA.
