Document Control

At Prism Energy, we have the capabilities to provide document control personnel for your Shutdown / TAR teams. Whether you are looking for staff or contract / PAYE, we can support you throughout TAR season.

HAZID / HAZOP

Our team help clients with risk reviews focused on real risks and action plans. Additionally, our experienced consultants carry out HAZID sessions, to help you focus on the objectives of the TAR, and to allow your team to focus their efforts on the key risks associated. Furthermore, our consultants provide HAZOP support, encouraging project teams to not only think about risks as threats, but as opportunities too.

CSRA / Auditing

We have experienced cost & schedule risk analysis (CSRA) personnel, who have decades of experience between them. They have the ability to guide you through this process, to help you build and utilise a detailed and robust assessment of your TAR.

Action Tracking

Utilising our in-house software, Prism Apps, or your own existing software, our team will track and monitor actions to ensure TAR team members are working in unison with one another.

Vendor Management

Our team combines years of TAR and project management expertise to provide exceptional vendor management, ensuring your TAR is executed seamlessly.

Onsite Supervision

A large proportion of our team members are BOSIET trained, allowing them to travel to asset location and oversee the TAR execution.

Lessons Learned

Much like CSRA, our team has extensive experience running lessons learned sessions. We do this through utilising an integrated consultancy and software approach to maximise quality and efficiency. This ensures that you have valuable lessons to apply to future TARs.
