An experienced project & risk manager who has consulted on all sizes of projects, Andy’s primary objective is to help customer’s be more successful at delivering projects.
Mick Grimshaw
Project Management Consultant
Mick is an accomplished and experienced project manager. Following a career in the Royal Navy, Mick entered the energy industry and has delivered a wider range of projects across all phases. At Prism, he helps our clients understand the effect of risk to their projects and helps develop strategies to manage them. He is also an experienced facilitator of workshops and is proud of his work mentoring engineers starting out in the industry.
Allan Urquhart
Project Management Consultant
Allan is an experienced project engineer and manager. Allan entered the energy industry after several years in paper, GRP design and manufacturing industries and has delivered a broad range of projects from inception to completion. At Prism, he helps our clients deliver their projects using his knowledge and skills. He can sometimes be seen cycling around town delivering food parcels with his volunteer work with a local foodbank.
Shaun Matheson
Project Management Consultant
Shaun has worked in the energy industry for 20 years, originally coming from a mechanical background, now specialising in pipeline integrity. Shaun has experience delivering projects both in the UK and abroad including relocating to Kuala Lumpur to deliver a pipeline isolation programme. Shaun’s experience and MSc in project management allows him to successfully deliver a variety of projects to our clients.
Steve Gray
Project Management Consultant
Steve is a project manager with over 15 years’ experience in the energy industry. Starting out as a graduate project engineer, Steve has experience working on a wide range of projects for both installation contractors and operators alike. Working for our clients at Prism, Steve helps deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time and on budget.
Ben Travis
Project Management Consultant
Ben is an experienced project engineer and manager, primarily focussed on pipeline integrity and isolation scopes in the energy industry. Ben started out in tendering and estimating roles, transitioning to projects after completion of his Mechanical engineering degree, but he also has several years’ experience working as a project controls consultant on an MOD project. Like much of the PRISM team, Ben is an avid cyclist, spending as much time as possible riding his mountain bike and street trials bikes.
Austin Cordiner
Project Engineer
Austin joined the Prism team as a Project Engineer in 2024 coming from a background of mechanical engineering and project controls. Austin works with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. In his spare time, Austin enjoys composing / writing music and is always working on a musical project.
Katie McNeil
Project Controls Lead
Katie has over 16 years working in analytical and performance reporting type functions, with the last 10 plus years in the energy industry working in project controls on both the consultancy and operator side of the business. Katie brings this experience to support our clients project control needs in-house or via a dedicated resource. Katie has previous experience using Prism software as a client and can bring this to the table when helping to develop and improve Prism Apps.
Jacqui Marwick
Project Controls Consultant
Jacqui joined the Prism team in January 2024 coming from a background in Project Controls/Technical Assistance and HR. Jacqui works in the Project Controls team working closely alongside the Projects team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In her spare time, Jacqui is an avid gym goer and loves to travel and explore new places.
Lewis Geddes
Business & Marketing Executive
Lewis joined Prism as a Marketing Executive in 2022, tasked with the development of both our overall marketing strategy & branding. In his spare time, he’s an avid cyclist, taking part in various sportives and events throughout the year.
Emma Ross
Project Coordinator
Emma, joined Prism Energy as a project coordinator. As well as being a huge outdoor enthusiast, she has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly in project services roles (with a number of operators). She is also trained in a number health and wellbeing modalities, and in particular qualified in managing stress, so quite appropriate for working in risk management sector. We are hoping she keeps us all zen and stress free in the office!
Darren Aggasild
Recruitment Manager
Darren is an experienced Recruitment Professional that has led strong recruitment teams for the last 20 years. Having specialised in a variety of Industries through the years, he brings his expert knowledge to the Prism Connect team to help grow the offering around the globe. His interests outside of the office include, golf, football and cycling, whereby he is a big Dundee United and Leeds United fan.
Kieran Lamb
Software Developer
Kieran is a member of the software team developing Prism Energy systems. Kieran is responsible for maintaining and improving the software that our customers use on a daily basis.
Gavin Irvine
Software Developer
Software Developer. After graduating from RGU with a degree in Application Software Development, Gavin spends his time implementing features to the Prism system based on customer feedback or company plans, receiving guidance from the rest of the software team where needed!
Adam Bain
Software Developer
Adam joined Prism as a Software Developer alongside studying for a HND in Computing: Technical Support at North East Scotland College. At Prism, he is part of the development team who are responsible for maintaining our system. Outside of Prism he is a huge football fan and is a season ticket holder at Aberdeen.
Callum Hewitt
Software Developer
After completing an honours degree in Application Software Development and a Masters Degree in Data Science he joined Prism as a Software Developer and is part of the development team that helps to keep our system up and running.
Grant Christie
Software Engineer
Grant joined Prism in March 2023 and brings over 5 years of professional software development experience to the team that maintain and enhance the Prism Apps software. Outside of work he is a keen runner who enjoys keeping active and watching football.
