Mick is an accomplished and experienced project manager. Following a career in the Royal Navy, Mick entered the energy industry and has delivered a wider range of projects across all phases. At Prism, he helps our clients understand the effect of risk to their projects and helps develop strategies to manage them. He is also an experienced facilitator of workshops and is proud of his work mentoring engineers starting out in the industry.
Allan Urquhart
Project Management Consultant
Allan is an experienced project engineer and manager. Allan entered the energy industry after several years in paper, GRP design and manufacturing industries and has delivered a broad range of projects from inception to completion. At Prism, he helps our clients deliver their projects using his knowledge and skills. He can sometimes be seen cycling around town delivering food parcels with his volunteer work with a local foodbank.
Katie McNeil
Project Controls Lead
Katie has over 16 years working in analytical and performance reporting type functions, with the last 10 plus years in the energy industry working in project controls on both the consultancy and operator side of the business. Katie brings this experience to support our clients project control needs in-house or via a dedicated resource. Katie has previous experience using Prism software as a client and can bring this to the table when helping to develop and improve Prism Apps.
Louise Garden
Marketing Manager
Louise has joined the Prism team as Marketing Manager, with over 13 years’ experience in marketing and PR roles following a career in the media industry. Louise is responsible for planning and implementing new methods of marketing for each of Prism’s business areas.
Carla Bruce
QHSE Lead
Carla brings over 15 years of experience to Prism QHSE having worked extensively across the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental industry, specialising in the implementation of robust Management Systems. She takes pride in streamlining systems and implementing processes effectively, allowing for the strengthening of outputs and progress. Outside of the office, Carla is an avid singer and loves to fundraise for great causes.
